The bicycle riding jacket comprises a bicycle-riding rain jacket worn by a rider when she (he) rides a bicycle, and is provided with a jacket main body 12, a pair of sleeves 14, 15, and a ventilation opening 16. The pair of sleeves 14, 15 have lower sleeve edges 14a, 15a, and are attached to both sides of the jacket main body 12 respectively. The ventilation opening 16 has a ventilation part 34 made of air-permeable raw material, and an opening/closing part 36 covering the ventilation part 34 from outside so as to be openable, and extends to the bottom part 12a of the jacket main body 12 from the sleeve parts 14, 15 passing through armpit parts 14b, 15b.
