PURPOSE: To connect the shoe bottom part and the shoe peripheral part in an exact position relation by providing projectingly a projection fitted to a fitting hole of a cleat or a shoe plate formed in the shoe bottom part, on the shoe bottom part- opposed face of a last.

CONSTITUTION: A last 13 is provided with a shoe bottom part-opposed face 13a of a shape roughly running along an inner plate 6 of a shoe bottom part, and a shoe peripheral part-opposed face 13b for allowing the shoe peripheral part-inside face to adhere closely. On the shoe bottom part-opposed face, two inner plate positioning projections 14 fitted to both end parts of a second slot 11 of two first and second parallel slots 10, 11 for attaching a cleat of the inner plate 6 are provided. The inner plate 6 is positioned by allowing the shoe peripheral part to adhere closely to the shoe peripheral part-opposed face 13b of this last 13, and fitting a second slot 11 to the inner plate-positioning projection 14. By rolling the end part of the shoe peripheral part into the shoe bottom side face of the inner plate 6, and also, fitting a bottom plate-positioning projection 12 into a first slot 10, a bottom plate 4 is positioned against the inner plate 6, thus the inner plate 6, the bottom plate 4 and the peripheral part are stuck.
