To provide a metal plate for toppling prevention and neat arrangement capable of realizing the turn impossible in the right-to-left direction of a front wheel of a bicycle in a parking condition.

A metal plate member is fixed to and supported by a two-way fork at a through hole 9 formed in one end of the metal plate member 4 to a bolt part protruding to the opposite side, i.e., the driver's seat side by using a bolt 8 mounting a brake device through a bicycle front wheel supporting two-way fork. A right or left riser part of the metal plate member is inserted in a through hole 8 formed in one end of a flat face bent at 90° at an arbitrary position to lock the turn of the front wheel by pressing a lock bar 6 of a locking member 5 fixed to a head pipe 1. The front wheel can be fixed and directed straight when the bicycle is parked, and the topping prevention and the neat arrangement can be realized thereby.
