This wheel comprises; a rim 6 formed in an annular shape having a groove shaped section opening toward the outer periphery, and united and supported to the outer periphery of a hub 7 through a plurality of spokes 80; and a tire 60 installed to an outer peripheral opening 66 of the rim 6. The rim 6 has a reinforcing web 64 intersecting a middle part of the outer peripheral opening 66 to connect to both side walls 61, 62, a plurality of pairs of horizontal pin holes 651, 652 opposite to both side wall portions 611, 612 of the periphery inner than the reinforcing web 62 are drilled in a cricumferencial direction at a certain interval. Lateral pins 81 are inserted in each pair of the horizontal pin holes 651, 652, and a spoke installing hole 83 is formed on both outer sides projecting portions of each lateral pin 81. The spoke 80 is united to the installing hole 83 at one end thereof.
