PURPOSE: To fit spokes to a hub even if the spokes are extended to the radial direction of the hubs by constructing a bicycle wheel so that locked heads formed at one-side ends of the linear shafts of the spokes are engaged in a locked manner with spoke holes radially penetrating through locked rings ranging along the peripheral edges of the flanges of the hub.

CONSTITUTION: A spoke 3 is formed into the shaft in a certain range from a locked head 34 to be a larger diameter portion 36. A spoke hole 24 is set large enough to insert the shaft of the spoke 3 therein when it is shifted from a boss 22 in tilted attitude, and the larger diameter portion 36 is set large enough to fit the spoke hole 24. The sum of the axial length of the larger diameter portion 36 and that of the locked head 34 is smaller than the radial dimension of a space between the boss 22 and a locked ring 20.
