Offset wheels are arranged in left and right positions of a main front wheel, where a front end is slightly offset forward of the main front wheel in side view and a ground height of a tire lower surface is less than 1/5 of a diameter of the main front wheel. The maximum height upper limit of a step to be crossed is increased without special operation, such as load displacement. The positions of the wheels are controlled so that the offset wheels and the main front wheel come into contact with the ground during braking. The three front wheels and two rear wheels, 5 wheels in total, are used for deceleration to improve braking performance.
