PURPOSE: To reduce a parking space by half, and also make it easy to take a parked bicycle out by making a right and a left handle folding, and providing each handle fixing fixture which can fixes a front wheel straight by fixing the folded right and left handles onto a body.

CONSTITUTION: A right and a left handle 3a and 3b are installed on a handle shaft 4 through shafts 5 and 5' in such a way as to be freely folded. The fixation of the right and left handles 3a and 3b and a release from the aforesaid fixation are performed by handle lock pins 6 and 6'. Handle fixing fixtures 7 and 7' are provided for a body 2, which fix the folded handles 3a and 3b. These handle fixing fixtures 7 and 7' are kept in a closed state at all times, and they are opened once so as to allow the handles 3 and 3a to be put inside, so that the handles are then fixed. When the handles are to be fixed, the handles 3a and 3b are put along the handle shaft 4 so that a front wheel can be held straight so as to be fixed.
