A pair of constricted pulleys 5 and 6 is disposed near each intersection point crossed by the extension line of the wheel shaft of both first chains 3 engaged with a pedal sprocket 2 and a first relay sprocket 10a. On an offset surface parallel to a front wheel frame surface including the rotational surface of the front wheel, a second chain 11 engaged with a front sprocket 12b, a second relay sprocket 10b, and both sprockets are arranged. A direction stabilizing device 60 is disposed in the rear wheel. At least one of a front-rear wheel linking device 61 including an operation converter 32 and an operation adjuster 36 and a direction free device having a gap between the front-rear wheel direction free shaft 60 and a rear wheel ground is provided. The element association part of the front-rear wheel connection device has play in at least a part of it.
