Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bid system or the like capable of accelerating a processing speed while having the safety of the system. SOLUTION: A participant terminal 1 generates a secret key and a public key, enciphers a bid document with a common key, enciphers the common key with the public keys of all participants disclosed on a Web and sends the enciphered bid document, the enciphered common key and the secret key to a bid application server 3. The bid application server 3 receives the enciphered bid document, the enciphered common key and the secret key from each of participant terminals 1, deciphers the common key of respective participants while using the secret keys of all the participants and deciphers the bid document of each correspondent participant while using the deciphered common key of respective participants.
