Abstract:
To provide a bilayer belt which can be used in crape treatment or structuring of a cellulose web in a tissue paper production process, the structure having high strength, durability and flexibility necessary in a tissue paper production process.SOLUTION: The permeable belt is a permeable belt 400 which is equipped with a first layer which is a first layer 402 formed from an extrusion polymerization material, the first layer having a plurality of openings 406 passing and extending therethrough, the openings having an average cross-section area of at least approximately 0.1 mmon a plane of the first surface; and a second layer, the second layer being a second layer 404 attached to the first layer and forming a second surface of the belt, the second layer having a plurality of openings passing and extending therethrough.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
