A soft, rectangular first member 1 and a second member 2 of the same shape as the first member 1 are bonded or sewn to each other only at the short sides, and a third member 3 smaller than the first member 1 is bonded or sewn to the outside of the first member 1, at the parts corresponding to both short sides and at a part corresponding to the other one-side. A bill 5 is inserted between the first member 1 and the second member 2 and held in the state of the bill 5 being partially exposed outside, and a small piece is inserted and held between the first member 1 and the third member 3.
