Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill storage mechanism capable of sufficiently securing storage capable number of bills without enlarging a bill storage device loaded with the bill storage mechanism as well as suppressing storage error for the bills by surely pushing out the bills from a bill receiving unit when a bill pressing plate presses the bills.SOLUTION: A bill storage device includes: a bill storage unit; a pair of bill receiving units; a bill pressing plate; a bill pressing plate width enlargement mechanism for enlarging width of the bill pressing plate when the bill pressing plate is moved inside the bill storage unit; a reciprocating mechanism for moving the bill pressing plate in a direction pushing in bills inside the bill storage unit while maintaining a posture of the bill pressing plate and returning to a standby state again; and single driving means for driving the reciprocating mechanism and the bill pressing plate enlargement mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
