Abstract:
To provide a binder and a binding method with which objects to be bound can be fastened with appropriate tightening force without damaging them.
The binder 1 is constituted so that objects 2 to be bound are rotated by a rotary section 17 of a bucket conveyer 5 to wind a binding tape 8 extended on the rotary section 17 around the objects 2. Thus, the binding tape 8 can be wound around the objects 2 without applying a load to the objects 2, preventing the objects 2 from getting damaged.
