To facilitate the binding of reinforcements crossing at right angles with each other by forming a pinch part for fitting the reinforcements to a binder formed of a board material and by press fitting the reinforcements to the pinch part using a dedicated installation jig.
A binder 1 for binding reinforcements 50, 60 crossing at right angles with each other is formed of a spring steel board material, a round part coincided with the outer circumference of the reinforcement 60 is formed in the central part, and an entrance part and a pinch part for inserting and fitting the reinforcement 50 are formed in the both end parts. A pull-out prevention part is formed in the entrance part so as to prevent the reinforcement 50 from being pulled out. A dedicated installation jig is used for mounting the binder 1 to the reinforcements 50, 60, the binder 1 is mounted on a U-shaped inside frame part of the installation jig, the reinforcement 50 is engaged and fixed in the fitting hole in the U-shaped outside frame part, the inside frame part is moved to the outside frame part by a lever operation so as to press fit the reinforcement 50 into the pinch part across the reinforcement 60 via the entrance part in the both end parts of the binder 1. The reinforcements 50, 60 can be thus easily bound with each other.
