PURPOSE: To obtain a binder for rolling granulation having firm binding force by mixing anhydrous gypsum of type II with Portland type cement at specific ratios.

CONSTITUTION: Of 100pts.wt. binder, Portland cement is contained at 95W5pts.wt. and anhydrous gypsum of type II at 5W95pts.wt., whereby a binder for rolling granulation is obtained. For example, the above-mentioned binder is added at 30wt% to the sandy part of the dust removed and recovered from the waste gases of fluidized bed furnaces of general waste incineration plants by means of multicyclones and after water is further added at 25wt% thereto, the mixture is granulated with a pan type rolling granulator. The value obtained by measuring kgf/grain breaking load per formed grain by using a KOYA type hardness meter with respect to the resultant formed grains having 10W12mm diameter is 0.1W4.1. In other words, the binder mixed with anhydrous gypsum of type II exhibits stronger binding force as compared to the Portlant cement added with dihydrate, hemihydrate and soluble anhydrous gypsum, respectively.
