Abstract:
To obtain a binder with which a water-dispersible granule of an agrochemical, having a strength and exhibiting good disintegration and dispersibility in water when added to the water is obtained.
A specific carboxymethylcellulose having a very low viscosity is used as the binder. The binder for the water-dispersible granule of the agrochemical contains the carboxymethylcellulose having 0.6-1.5 etherification degree and providing 10% aqueous solution of anhydride thereof having ≤200 mPa s viscosity. The water-dispersible granule of the agrochemical contains the binder. The water-dispersible granule preferably contains 0.1-10 wt.% binder.
