To solve such a problem that a conventional binder has a stationary plate and a fixed fastener, which makes it impossible to replace and disassemble the fastener and therefore, the binder has to be used in such a state as it is as only an alternative and as such cannot be used for other applications by changing the binder.
In this new binder, one, two, three or more pieces of the plate can be used and in the plate, many spare holes, holes, slotted holes and peripheral spare notches are formed. In addition, the side face of the plate assumes the shape of a bent part. The spare hole, a gap formed by cutting, the slotted hole, different kinds of the fastener (e.g. a D-shaped fastener, a West German fastener, a spring-type fastener and the like) can be fixed. Further, the spare hole and the notched aperture can be fixed or fastened by a keep rubber. A retainer can be fitted to the notch and the bent part, on the side of the plate can be bent and further, the fastener can be fixed using the spare hole and the notch.
