Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange crossing states of a predetermined number of long materials before a binding process and bind them into a predetermined form by raising/lowering a V-shaped table and a rotating arm-type belt fastening device to apply impulse to works for shaping a cross-sectional state of assembled works and providing first and second drivers for arranging the long materials in parallel.
SOLUTION: First, V-shaped tables 11a, 11b of a shaping means primarily raise works Z by a first driver 16 in the vicinity of a center in a lengthwise direction from downward to a receive 41 height for transferring and supporting. In the V-shaped tables 11a, 11b with the works Z transferred, three rotating arm-type belt fastening devices 31 together with a frame 32 placed in a line are secondarily raised by a second driver 34 to apply impulse to the works Z. Thus crossing states of the works Z are arranged by the impulse at the center supported by the V-shaped tables 11a, 11b, so that they are swung and arranged free from constraint off from the receive 41 at both ends.
