Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device that enables binding processing by gluing sheets of paper of a paper bundle uniformly, reliably and accurately with toner even when the number of sheets of paper constituting the paper bundle increases, and an image forming device.SOLUTION: The binding device has heating means 72 and 73 installed for heating the toner of a binding margin part A in a state of being pressurized by heating means 62-69 every time a prescribed number of sheets of paper P are loaded onto a loading part 61. On heating repeated a plurality of times until a desired paper bundle PT is formed, the heating means 72 and 73 are controlled so that a heating value applied to the toner of the binding margin part A may be constant at every time of heating.
