Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the connecting strength of a receiving body and suppress the defective connection caused by snow plugging by forming inclined faces having a prescribed tilt angle on a pair of the right and left receiving bodies connected to a snow board and receiving and supporting a connecting body on the boot side.
CONSTITUTION: A rear connection section is constituted of a pair of the right and left receiving bodies 23 fitted to a snow board 3 via a base plate 1 and receiving a connecting body 7b on the boot side and a lock tool 21 rockably fitted between them by a rotary spindle 24 and connecting the connecting body 7b. Inclined faces 26 applied with chamfer sections are formed on the side faces of both receiving bodies 23 on the opposite side to the lock tool 21, the inclined faces 26 are continued to a connecting body reception section 23d, the horizontal width of the connecting body reception section 23d is made smaller than the vertical width of the receiving bodies 23, and the area is reduced. The connecting strength of the receiving bodies 23 is improved, and the defective connection caused by snow plugging is suppressed.
