To provide a binding device using sheathed wire, which prevents damage to the surface of the sheathed wire and firmly binds a coiled object.

The binding device 10 using the sheathed wire comprises a main feed wheel 38 that feeds the sheathed wire 15 to the coiled object 12, and a fixed pulley 35 and a moving pulley 36 rounds which the sheathed wire 15 is wound. The device 10 tightens the sheathed wire 16 by pulling the moving pulley 36 apart from the fixed pulley 35 and binds the coiled object 12. In the device, an auxiliary feed wheel 39 is provided between the main feed wheel 38 and the fixed pulley 35, and an intermediate idle roller 40 is also provided between the auxiliary feed wheel 39 and the main feed wheel 38. Thus, the sheathed wire 15 is wound over the main wheel 38 and auxiliary feed wheel 39 at winding angles α and β, respectively. In addition, the main feed wheel 38 is provided with at least two or more main pinch rollers 46 to 48 which firmly press the sheathed wire 15.
