To carry out easily stable binding work by inserting a lower frame into crossed reinforcing bars, pushing out only one of the Iowermost portions of binding wires stored to the front of a main body, lowering a forcibly bending piece and twisting the binding wires.
A holder 2 is erected in the front of a body 3 and binding wires 1 are laminated and adhered separably sequentially, and stored in the holder 2 in the form of a cross. On that occasion, when a lid in the upper portion of the holder 2 is closed, an air cylinder A is operated, the natural descent of the binding wires 1 is urged, and an extrusion piece 5 is butted against the lowermost portion of the binding wires 1 stored. The binding wires 1 are moved slidingly in a groove provided in the main body 3 just below a forcibly bending piece 7 and an air cylinder C is operated to put the binding wires 1 in a guide. In addition, frames A and B hold crossed reinforcing bars, stopping the cylinder C, and an air cylinder B is operated and rotated by an air switching handle, tightening the binding wires 1, thereby increasing the reliability of binding strength and improving binding efficiency.
