Abstract:
To provide a binding machine which enables an unspreading member to be operated properly even when used for a long time.SOLUTION: A binding machine 10 includes: a driver 30 which pushes out a staple 80 toward a bag BG; a clincher 400 which sandwiches the staple 80 pushed out with the driver 30 to deform the staple 80; an unspreading member 300 which is operated to unspread the bag BG in advance before the staple 80 is deformed; and a shaft 262 which drives the unspreading member 300 while moving from a first position to a second position. When the shaft 262 reaches the second position, the unspreading member 300 is kept in a state that the unspreading member 300 can operate relative to the shaft 262 and biased toward the bag BG by a spring 340.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
