Title:
BINDING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2853562
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To smoothly carry out the binding work in a stable manner by regulating the bit revolution stop angle in the state where an output shaft is positioned on a reduction gear side, constant.
CONSTITUTION: When a switch operation element is turned OFF after the completion of one-time tightening operation, a hook part 1a suspends revolution at a clutch operation position. When the hook part 1a is released from a wire, an engagement pin 2a is press-attached with the second bearing end surface, allowing an output shaft 2 to be shifted in the axial direction by the urging force of a spring 3. When the switch operation element is turned ON again, the engagement pin 2a is press-attached on the second bearing end surface 14a, and revolves up to the position of a groove 14b formed integrally on the second bearing end surface 14a, and then the engagement pin 2a and the groove part 14b are engaged each other, and the revolution of the output shaft 2 is suspended. Accordingly, a hacker bit 1 can be stopped always at a constant revolution angle.
