To provide a binding member in which a work to be bound can be firmly bound, and no space needs be formed around the work when cutting the binding member, and a lithographic printing plate binding structure which binds the work by using the binding member.

The binding member 38 comprises a tightening unit 56 which is wound around a loading member 34, a stacked bundle 12, and a top plate 36 to demonstrate the predetermined tension in a tightened condition; and a loosening unit 58 overlapping a part of the tightening unit 56. During the unpacking mode, the tightening part 56 is firstly cut at a double part 38D, the binding condition of the loading member 34, the stacked bundle 12, and the top plate 36 is eliminated while the binding member 38 keeps the wound condition around the loading member 34, the stacked bundle 12, and the top plate 36. Even when the tension of the tightening part 56 is increased, the tightening member is not bound therearound when it is cut, or no space needs be formed therearound.
