Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the layer-like shape of the coiled welding wire not using a spool, to minimize the time and labor for removing the binding wire and to minimize the projection of the tip end of the binding wire.
SOLUTION: The combining wire 2 rounding about the center of the outer diameter periphery 1g of the cylindrical coiled welding wire 1 is provided, crossed while applying the inverse directional tensile force to the tip end and tail end, and combined by inverting the direction. Plural numbers of binding wires 3a-3d rounding the cross section of the coil of the coiled welding wire 1 and firmly binding the cylindrical coil are substantially arranged at equal interval. While applying an inverse directional tensile force to the tip end and tail end of the binding wire having passed the lower part of the combining wire 2, each of both ends is reversed and binding wires 3a-3d are wound around the combining wire 2 to combine, whereby the coiled welding wire 1 is bound. The binding by the combining wire 2 is released and the tip end or tail end is drawn out, whereby the binding by plural numbers of binding wires 3a-3d are released at a stroke.
