Title:
BINDING METHOD OF CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6072643
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make operation surer and faster and to eliminate the need for a clamping jig by utilizing the own heat of the 1st core and the 2nd core right after calcination for welding and binding both cores by means of a melt sticking sheet.

CONSTITUTION: The projecting part 39a of the 2nd core 39 is fitted into the through-hole 38b of the 1st core 38 in the high-temp. condition right after calcination. A melt-sticking sheet 41 is then put on the 2nd core 39 and the 1st core 38 across the projecting end 39d of the former projecting to the outside of the core 38 and the outside surface 38c of the latter. Then the sheet 41 is softened by the own heat of both cores 38, 39 and the bottom surface side thereof is penetrated to the surface layers of both cores 38, 39 by which the sheet is welded across both cores 38, 39 and the projecting part 39a of the core 39 is welded and bound unremovably into the hole 38b of the core 38.
