Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to bind a laminated core in a short time without deteriorating magnetic characteristics thereof.

CONSTITUTION: Specifically shaped electromagnetic steel plates 21 coated with semi-cured adhesive are laminated and pressed by means of a press 22. High frequency current is then fed to an induction heating coil 24 in order to self-heat the electromagnetic steel plates 21 thus curing the adhesive and binding the laminated core 23. Alternatively, the laminated core 23 is penetrated with a core which is subsequently excited to self-heat the electromagnetic steel plates 21.
