Abstract:
To provide a binding method of metal wire coil which is wound in a cylindrical shape and so on capable of efficiently coating the whole of the surface of the metal wire coil with lubricant in a short time according to spray and capable of reliably reducing binding flaws.SOLUTION: A binding method of a metal wire coil 1 includes a first step of coating a surface of metal wire coil 1 with misty lubricant M by spraying the lubricant L centripetally from four spots of both sides of oblique upper side and both sides of oblique lower side in a visual sense along an axial direction of the coil 1 in such a posture as to set the axial direction of the metal wire coil 1 in the horizontal direction and a second step of binding coils in such a state that the metal wire coil 1 coated with the misty lubricant M is compressed in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
