Abstract:

To provide a binding for a snowboard by which snow hardly sticks without using dedicated shoes.

A first locking part 2 to be locked to a first receiving tool 7 on a snowboard side is attached on one side of the lower surface of a base plate 1 fixed to a shoe sole, a second locking part 3 to be locked to a second receiving tool 8 on the snowboard side oppositely to the first receiving tool 7 is attached and both or one of the receiving tools is turned to a movable receiving tool. For the second receiving tool 8 made movable, an engaging hook 11 is attached to a rotary shaft 10, it is locked and unlocked to/from the locking part 3 by the turning of the engaging hook 11 and a handle 14 for releasing the engagement of the engaging hook 11 is attached to the rotary shaft 10. Thus, this binding is constituted.
