Abstract:
To allow a powerless person to extremely easily and speedily perform binding operation of newspapers, magazines or the like without looseness of a string.
A rapid binding operation without requiring strength or know-how is attained only by a sequential operation of installing a special cross-shaped string having designed length and shape on a binding object such as newspapers by single operation, and inserting a binding tool 2 such as a bar through the string to rotate the string.
