Abstract:
To improve efficiency by drawing a reel-like bundling tape stored in a tape case, and winding and binding it around an outer periphery of an article to be bound, and replenishing a tape case after finishing drawing of the bundling tape, whereby frequency of replacement is reduced to prevent time loss.SOLUTION: Two tape cases are provided in the front and rear of a bundling tape 8 in a conveyance direction and the bundling tape is drawn from each of the tape cases to pass through an inside of a hand chuck after being doubly layered, and one bundling tape is fastened just at a place after going out of the hand chuck. A tape sensor for detecting presence of each bundling tape in an upstream of the hand chuck is provided while holding the other bundling tape with the tape holder for bundling to be drawn out. When no bundling tape is detected on a bundling side, adhesion is made to the other bundling tape by operating a tape welder 29 provided in the hand chuck, and the bundling tape after adhesion thereof is continuously drawn out for bundling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
