To modify the handling qualities of a refillable binder of a split ring type to be loaded into a binder cartridge of a binding device for attaching the binder to a sheet.
The refillable binder set 1 is of such a type that the right/left center parts of the vertically stacked binders B are fastened by a binding tool 2. That is, the binding tool 2 formed of a single plate is bent and wound around the binder, and a projecting part of the tip of the bottom face part 3 is fitted into a hole in the lower part of the back 8 which is one end of the binding tool 2. Further, after loading the refillable binder set 1 into a binder cartridge 21, a tab 13 of the front face part 7 of the binding tool 2 is pulled forward. Then, the bottom face part 3 of the binding tool 2 is removed from the back 8, and next, the binding tool 2 is pulled upward by lifting the front face part 7 upward to complete the loading of the binder B. Thus, all the required binders B can be replenished all at once without touching the binder B directly. Consequently, it is possible to replenish the binder B simply without the fear that the binder B may become bent and ensure the successful handing qualities.
