The binding tool includes: a feeding mechanism 4 feeding one paper sheet P1 in an uppermost layer out of a plurality of stacked paper sheets P; a transfer mechanism 3 having a function for transferring a paste to the paper sheets P; and a lever 7 serving as an operation part receiving operating force to operate the feeding mechanism 4 and the transfer mechanism 3. After the paper sheets P are set, a series of operations with respect to the lever 7 are received and thus, the feeding mechanism 4 and the transfer mechanism 3 are continuously operated.
