Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reliably and stably bind reinforcements by elastically applying resistance to its windingly fastening by engaging with a wire in the middle of twisting them on the inside of a wound wire.
CONSTITUTION: In a condition where a butting plate 13 engages with reinforcements (a), a trigger lever is pulled, and in the middle when a wire 2 winds and fastens a crossing part of the reinforcements (a), a diameter of a loop gradually becomes small, and they engage with a resistance plate 14 inside of the wire 2, and resistance is elastically applied to its winding-fastening. Therefore, tensile force is applied to the wire 2 in the middle of twisting them. Elasticity of both end pieces 14a and 14b of the resistance plate 14 becomes weak as a position approaches the tip, and the wire 2 is gathered to the center. The loop diameter further becomes small, and the wire 2 slips out from between both end pieces 14a and 14b of the resistance plate 14 just before striking on the reinforcements (a), and engagement with the resistance plate 14 is released, and it windingly fastens the reinforcements in a condition of being brought into close contact with the reinforcements (a).
