To solve the problem that it takes time and labor to put on boots since the work of opening/closing a band and putting it into a ratchet for tightening is manually performed sitting on a snow surface every time for a conventional tightening and binding device by the band.

For the device, a boot tightening band is molded in the round shape of boots so that a snowboarder can put on the boots in a short time as easily as possible on all occasions. Then, a connecting or fixing hinge is mounted by another band between both bands, and by pushing it with the boots, both bands are quickly engaged inside the ratchet or a buckle and the work before the final tightening work is completed.
