The mulch comprises a film composed of a polylactic acid, a biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolyester having ≤0°C glass transition temperature, starch, an oxyacid ester-based plasticizer and an inorganic filler. The formulation weight ratio of the polylactic acid to the biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolyester is (80/20) to (30/70).
