Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable polyester resin composition excellent in mechanical strength and heat resistance and having rheological properties which are advantageous to molding of foam, etc., and to provide a method for producing the polyester resin composition and to provide a molded article thereof.
SOLUTION: This biodegradable polyester resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. biodegradable polyester resin containing ≥50 mol% hydroxycarboxylic acid unit and 0.01-20 pts.wt. (meth)acrylate compound. This method for producing the biodegradable polyester resin composition comprises melting and kneading the biodegradable polyester resin with (meth)acrylate compound and a peroxide.
