The bioinformation control system includes: a biological information measuring apparatus 100 that measures biological information on a patient at home; an information transmission medium 200 on which the biological information is written by the biological information measuring apparatus 100; a reader device 320 that reads the biological information recorded on the information transmission medium 200 in the hospital; an external database 410 that stores the biological information read by the reader device 320, on the outside of the hospital; and a medical care information creating device 330 that reads the biological information on the patient from the external database 410 and creates medical care information of the patient.
