The biological information detection system includes a display device to be put on the arm of a subject, and a sensor device arranged in proximity to the body of the subject. The display device includes a display part, a motion sensor and a first communication part, and the sensor device includes a vital sensor and a second communication part. After the motion sensor detects the subject's posture of gazing at the display part, the first communication part transmits control signals to the second communication part, and the sensor device which receives the control signals by the second communication part transmits biological information detected in the vital sensor to the first communication part by the second communication part.
