Abstract:
To provide a system capable of improving measurement accuracy of biological information by using magnetical measurement means.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor array is constituted by arranging a plurality of magnetic sensors 1. Each magnetic sensor comprises: a dielectric substrate 100; a signal line layer 110 laminated on one of the main faces of the dielectric substrate; a transmission line 120 having grounding conductor layers 121, 122, 124 laminated on one of a pair of the main faces of the dielectric substrate or on the pair of the main faces; a single input/output terminal 160 electrically connected to one end of the transmission line; and a soft magnetic thin film 140 laminated on a part of the other end of the transmission line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
