To provide a biological information measuring apparatus which can accurately measure the biological information of a human body regardless of the time of rest or the time of motion.
A pulsimeter 1 includes a pulse sensor section 6, a head section 3 and a holding section 5. The holding section 5 has elasticity. The pulse sensor section 6 is held by providing a space to a through hole 31b (recess section 30b) so that at least a part of the pulse sensor section 6 may project to the outside from the head section 3, and the holding section 5 is elastically deformed in response to an external force which is applied to the pulse sensor section 6. Thus, the pulse sensor section 6 is constituted in a manner to be displaced to the head section 3. The pulsimeter 1 has a space which is formed by the head section 3, the pulse sensor section and the holding section 5. The space is filled with air, and the pulse sensor section 6 is pressed to the human body by a fixed pressure regardless of the change of the volume of the space.
