The biological information processor 100 for predicting the disorder area of polypeptide is provided. The biological information processor 100 has: a prediction object data acquisition part 108 which acquires amino-acid sequence data of polypeptide of prediction target; a window level prediction part 110 which predicts the disorder area at a window sequence level of predetermined window size included in the amino-acid sequence data of prediction target and an amino-acid residue level prediction part 112 which predicts the disorder area at each amino-acid residue level included in the amino-acid sequence data of prediction target, based on prediction results of the window level prediction part 110.
