PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a noise magnetic field caused by the vibrations of vibration sensor or surrounding object by estimating an environmental magnetic field to be induced by vibrations in a static magnetic field and a fluctuating magnetic field based on environmental magnetic field measurement and vibration measurement data and removing it from biological magnetic field measurement data together with an external magnetic field component.
SOLUTION: Based on the estimated value of vibration noise magnetic field estimated by a vibration magnetic field estimating means 6 in respect to a vector (detection data) from a biological magnetic field sensor 1, a vibration magnetic field removing means 8 removes the vibration noise magnetic field component. A 2nd coefficient determining means 5 and an external magnetic field estimating means 7 find a coefficient for calculating the external noise magnetic field and calculate the estimated value of external noise magnetic field. An external magnetic field removing means 9 removes the external noise magnetic field component estimated by the external magnetic field estimating means 7 in respect to the vector removing the vibration noise magnetic field from the biological magnetic field sensor 1 through the vibration magnetic field removing means 8 and outputs a vector removing the environmental noise magnetic field onto an analytic display means 10. Thus, the vibration noise magnetic field can be completely removed.
