Title:
BIOLOGICAL SIGNAL MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND ELECTRODE FOR TIGHT CONTACT WITH LIVING BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3214276
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To lessen the laboriousness of electrode mounting by making electrodes common and measuring plural biological signals.
CONSTITUTION: This biological signal measuring instrument has three pieces of forehead electrodes 101 to 103 to be mounted at the skin of the testee's forehead, one piece of cheat electrode 104 to be mounted at the skin of the testee's chest, a band 105 as an electrode holding means to hold the forehead electrodes 101 to 103 in such a manner that these electrodes line up nearly horizontally at the testee's forehead, a signal processing section 106 as a simultaneous biological signal detecting means which is inputted with the signals from the forehead electrodes 101 to 103 and the chest electrode 104 and simultaneously detects the right and left eye potential and brain waves in accordance with the signals of the forehead electrodes 101 to 103, thereby executing electrocardiogaphy in accordance with the signal of the chest electrode 104 and the forehead electrodes 101, 102 and a monitor device 107 as an output means which outputs the detection results detected by this signal processing section 106 to a screen, recording paper or external device.
