Abstract:
To provide an application of a biomarker for detecting adrenal toxicity that may be exhibited by an administered compound quickly and easily with less effort.
It is found that a pregnenoic acid is useful as the biomarker that increases in correlation with the adrenal toxicity by implementing search for biomarker for adrenal toxicity by using a metabolomics method.
