To repair biomedical tissue in an early stage by including a biological activation substance having an organic material such as collagen, which penetrates without degeneration to an inner deep part even in the case of a comparatively large ceramic porous body, so as to promote the growth of cells even in the deep part.
The ceramic porous body 3 is arranged inside a supercritical fluid A where the biological activation substance 2 having the organic material is dissolved. After the supercritical fluid A containing the biological activation substance 2 penetrates into the pores of the ceramic porous body 3, the supercritical fluid A is gasified and emitted. Consequently, a biomedical tissue anaplerotic material is provided which is obtained by sticking the biological activation substance 2 onto the inner surface of the pores of the ceramic porous body 3.
