A system includes: providing a management part for managing registration of collation-use biometric information at a site, such as an entrance to apartment building and a bank teller desk, using authentication results; causing the individual rooms in the apartment, mobile phone and the like to hold the collation-use biometric information registered under management of the management part with no such information held by the authentication result users; enabling exchange of biometric information acquisition part; and providing normal operation verification means. This establishes a long-term use, realistic system.
