The present invention performs a step in which biological information of a subject to be authenticated is acquired from an input interface 105 and stored in a memory 103, a step in which the biological information is read from the memory 103, and first image information which servers as the feature point information is extracted from the biometric information and stored in the memory 103, a step in which usage information showing a service provided depending on the individual authentication result is acquired from the input interface 105 and is stored in the memory 103, a step in which second image information is created by reading the usage information from the memory 103 and applying a predetermined image creation algorithm thereto, and is stored in the memory 103, and a step in which the first image information and the second image information are read out from the memory 103 and merged, and third image information as the biometrics data is created and stored in the memory 103.
