Abstract:
To provide a biological information monitoring system capable of acquiring and/or displaying biological information of a subject with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A biological information monitoring system 100 for monitoring biological information of a subject on a bed includes: at least one of load detectors 11-14 for detecting a load of the subject on the bed; an observation waveform acquisition section for acquiring an observation waveform which indicates a temporal change corresponding to breathing or heartbeats of the subject; a filtering section for calculating an estimation waveform which indicates a state of breathing or heartbeats of the subject by a Kalman filter; a body motion determination section for determining presence/absence of a body motion of the subject; an in-phase detection section for detecting an in-phase time when rises of zero crosses of the observation waveform and the estimation waveform or falls of zero crosses of the observation waveform and the estimation waveform simultaneously occur; and a filter control section for controlling an operation of the filtering section based on a determination result of the body motion determination section and a detection result of the in-phase detection section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
